Bathroom and Kitchen wholesaler based in Villawood looking for two experienced Customer Service Officers.
Due to expansion, We are now looking for two experienced Customer Service Officers join our team
About the role
The Customer Service Officer role is primarily responsible to provide support in the sales of the company, to ensure that customers’ needs are met in a timely efficient, and effective manner. In this role you will need to be driven, accountable and advocating for our customers are essential.
Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Providing phone-based customer support (20-30 calls per day)
- Data entry (order processing)
- Intelligently respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email and in person
- Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management level, to ensure proactive actions are put in place as possible
- Educate, empower, and inspire customers about our products
Essential Requirements:
- Pleasant telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to quality & accuracy
- Proven experience in a similar role
- MYOB knowledge preferred
